Rightway Project Management specializes in providing construction management and inspection services for the oil and gas industry.  We provide services for projects of various sizes; from simple facility modifications to pipeline construction. Rightway Project Management has a history of maintaining long-term relationships with its clients.  Some of our past projects include:

 

Cold Lake Pipeline Capacity Expansion

New facilities to add 180,000 barrels per day (b/d) of oil gathering capacity to accommodate growth at the Foster Creek oil sands development.

Project estimate:             $40 million

Scope of Work:                Construction management and inspection for facility construction, commissioning and final tie-ins.

 

42” Corridor Expansion Facility Commissioning

Installation 42-inch diameter diluted bitumen pipeline and facilities between the Athabasca Oil Sands Project's ("AOSP"s) bitumen mining operations near Fort McMurray, Alberta and the Scotford upgrading facility near Edmonton, Alberta.

Project estimate:             $1.8 billion

Scope of Work:                Wet commissioning of facilities

  

Bow River South Segregation

Expansion of oil delivery capabilities on the Bow River Pipeline system to ship segregated crude oil streams south from Hardisty, Alberta to refining markets in Montana.

Project estimate:             $72 million

Scope of Work:                Construction management and inspection for facility construction, commissioning and final tie-ins.

 

Cold Lake Pipeline South Expansion

Increase bitumen blend capacity on the Cold Lake pipeline system from 435,000 barrels per day (b/d) to over 560,000 barrels per day (b/d) with the installation of quarter-point pump stations on the south mainline from the Cold Lake region to Hardisty, Alberta.  

Project estimate:             $65 million

Scope of Work:                Lead Mechanical/Civil Construction Inspector

 

Bow River South Expansion

Increase southbound capacity by 23,000 barrels per day (b/d) with the installation of a new stream transfer, piping and trim blend facilities at the Hardisty oil storage hub and the installation of new pump station capacity along the Bow River mainline.

Project estimate:             $8.5 million.

Scope of Work:                Lead Mechanical/Civil Construction Inspector
